Shipping Policy


While we do our utmost to ensure smooth shipping processes, customs procedures are beyond our direct control. As a result, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during this stage.

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES (does not include weekends/public holidays): 

a) USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand ~ 7 to 16 business days (tracking system available)

b) Rest of the world ~ 7 to 25 business days (tracking system available varies)

Delayed delivery - While it is rare, in some instances, packages may experience delays beyond the stated expected time frame. Please know that shipping times are beyond our direct control, and unexpected delays can occur during transit. This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months).


Please note that processing time is distinct from shipping time. Once your order has been fully processed, our shipping company will pick up your package and begin the delivery process. At this stage, we will provide you with an email containing your online tracking information, allowing you to stay updated on your package's journey.


Once we have informed you that your order has been processed, we are unable to proceed with any cancellations. At this point, the package is prepared for shipping, and our shipping partner begins their logistics process.
